HOW IT WORKS
1. Book: Studio slot or event date. A short consult is optional — tell us the dog, the look you want, and whether you are booking a session or hosting.2. Show up: You stay with your pet. Treats help; costumes are optional.3. Studio session: 20–30 minutes indoors. One lighting setup, one or two backdrops. Owner in the room.4. Event pop-up: We bring a backdrop and one light to your venue. 10–15 minute prepaid slots, or you hire the whole block.5. Editing: Each file is hand-tuned. Gallery usually lands within 72 hours.6. Gallery: You get the edited digitals in an online gallery.7. Prints [optional]: If you want wall art, we can review paper, canvas, acrylic, wood, or metal for the frames that actually earn a wall.

If you are unhappy with the photos for any reason, you get a 100% refund.If I book an event mini, do I still get photos of just my dog?Yes. Event minis and studio sessions are individual portraits of your pet. Group shots only if you ask.Where do we shoot?Studio sessions are indoors by appointment in the Bay Area. Pop-ups land at dog-friendly venues — breweries, markets, adoption days, apartment lobbies. Cats are studio or in-home only.What if a pop-up gets rained out?Studio sessions are indoors, so weather does not matter. If a venue cannot run, we reschedule at no fee.Do I get digital copies of the photos?Yes! We provide digital copies of all your edited photos. You will receive them in your client portal once editing is completed.What is the turnaround time for receiving the photos?We’re excited to see them too! Photos are usually ready within 72 hours after the session.Do you retouch the photos for free?Absolutely! Each photo is meticulously hand-tuned.What kinds of physical print options are available?We know there's something truly special about holding a physical print in your hands. We offer a variety of printing options including fine art archival paper, canvas, acrylic, wood, and metal, available directly in your client portal for each photo.
